Get the entire console
get the factory optional rear seat heater unit. Fits in the center console. (you lose the large compartment)
Running the hard lines isn't easy, but you can do it. They are a little hard to find, but they are out there.
get the entire console too. It has the fan and the right vents/controls ready to go for ya. not sure about the wiring, but I bet there is a plug around there someplace for it.
