Hey just thought I would spread the word. Protrux is having thier annual run out in Ocotillo. This isn't Ocotillo wells, it is actually south off of the 8 in the town of Ocotillo.

I went last year and had a great time. It is on the 22nd of this month. They have more details at www.protrux.net I just redesigned the website for them, so check the site out anyway.

After the run they have a live band, food, and general Toyota geekery. You will also recieve a Protrux tshirt with the $25.00 donation. It's a great way to meet local toyota friends.

The trails are very fun and scenic. 2wd's are definitely welcome on this outing. I found some fun trails by exploring off on my own last year. It's not a race or anything, so you can go through the route at your own pace. You also collect tickets at different checkpoint for entry in a raffle to win prizes.

If they can get the Deathrunner buttoned up in time, I will be making the voyage.
