I'm doing all the welding work for a local guy useing a Marlin kit.

I did do a few custom additions.



Marlin Hanger with shackle hanger I added, this hanger covers up the factory points.







Rock Plate Differential Armor

Lookin' good Steve. Can't wait to see the finish product. I see you added the gusset to support the hanger and the loop.
you can also predrill the hols for the shackles too.

Yeah, we did the rear shackle mounts too. Plasma cut those, it was easier. I can plasma pretty steady now, it does take some time to develop a steady hand.

Well that's it for the front it's pretty much done. All he had to do was unbolt the IFS, cut, grind and bolt up the SA.

Same thing for the rear. I welded on the leaf spring mounts, customer unbolted, cut, grind, bolt up.

it is silly easy on the old stuff. Not much else to show.
