strange rattling noise around the front passenger side kickplate

strange rattling noise around the front passenger side kickplate
it's driving me mad!! it sounds like a few rocks rattling around in a solo cup. i pulled off the kickplate and couldn't find anything obvious. ....but i did find the transmission relay box. could that be the source of the rattle?
i forgot to add that it only rattles between 65-70 mph.
anyone else have this problem? if i can't find the source, i'm going to have to sell it!

seriously, this rattle would make baby jesus cry!
it's not the infamous dash rattle. i took care of that with a few tie-wraps ..and it's not the catalytic converter. what the heck is down there that could make such a noise?
