help with fuel line into EFI please.

can somebuddy give me a pic of where the fuel line goes into the EFI. i'm trying to put one of those fule saver things on but i can't find where to put it it don't really think it'll help but for $15 and the price of gas it can't hurt.
also how do you install add-a-leafs? do the just go on the bottom of the springs? TIA

Out of curiosity, what fuel saver thingy did you fall for? And once you get it installed and have some data, please share. Sorry, but most people on the board are skeptical about those kinds of thingys. Actually, I hope it works. We ALL could use a miracle...

you got taken for a loop, dont even bother. anything you stick into your fuel line is only going to restrict flow, which is NOT a good thing. If gas mileage bothers you get a civic.

it don't go in the fule line it goes on it. and i'm skeptical about it too but for $15 thats only 5 gal of gas to day and 3 gal tomorrow so i think it's worth a try. if it don't work well i lost $15 and that sux but if it works like it says it does i'll get bout 15 or 20 more mi out of a tank of gas. thats about a gal so i'll save 3bucks a fill now and 5 bucks a fill tomorrow. anyway like i said it's worth a try. if ya think i'm dumb i don't give a rats butt. oh and it's the one from harbor freight. thanks for all ur help guys.

hey could you post a link to what it is you got? I'm just kinda curious. As far as AALs you pull the centre pin and put em above the overload spring then put in the new centre pins.

not dumb, just mis-informed. a link to a description of what you bought would help.

i really wanna see how something OUTSIDE the fuel line helps anything. if you want to find your fuel line look under the truck, it runs on the frame rails from the tank and eventually to the block. It may be paired with the brake lines going to the rear of the truck. The fuel line will have a cylinder looking filter inline somewhere. The input to the injectors will be where this terminates into the engine.
