Rear window operation

Rear window operation
I just got a '91 4Runner and it won't roll the rear window down with the key. Is that normal? I have to jump inside and use the console button to roll it down, but then I can roll it back up with the key. If it isn't normal, does anyone have any idea how to fix it?
Also, when looking for parts, where do you folks get them? I need a few stock parts (dash parts especially), but I'm also interested in where you buy specialty parts (suspension, cold air injection, etc). Thanks.

When mine did that once, it turned out to be the end of the key tumbler. It has a rectangle end that fits into a little gear thing. One side of the gear thing broke, so turning it one way would work(up), but going down , it wouldn't grab.
