life after hub conversion

So I made the switch to manual hubs to reduce the wear on my cv's etc, etc. Most of the noise is gone - I need new inner cv boots as well - but there is still something turning under there making noise. Without getting run over I can't seem to locate the noise. Since the axles are no longer turning is there anything else I should be checking? Also, my idler arm just got replaced so it can't be that. Help.

Well if you're sure the axles aren't turning anymore then the only things left are your wheel bearings and brakes.

Verify the axles aren't turning though.

I'm watching as my wife drives the truck forward and neither the axles or driveline are turning. Should I be checking the axles/driveline for movement for more than just a few feet? I figured if they weren't moving when she pulled forward a few feet all was good. I was afraid it might be the bearings. The brakes were just tuned so that's out of the question. Thanks for your help and any more would be appreciated.
