04 4Runner stereo help/advise
One of my coworkers has a 04 runner and was wondering if a Scion radio would work, fit onto his vehicle. He likes the Scion unit because it can play mp3's but he didn't know if he would lose any of the controll functions such as steering wheel controll and rear console. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

It will fit just fine and all the steering wheel controls will work still. I have the scion unit and its great. The sound improvement is amazing from the stock stereo. Im not sure about the rear audio, do a search over at www.t4r.org as it has been covered extensively there.
