Can Air Conditioner Idle Speed be changed on 3rd Gen 4Runner?

Can Air Conditioner Idle Speed be changed on 3rd Gen 4Runner?
Hello great masters of Toyotas. I want to raise the idle speed a tad when the air conditioner is running on my '95 Tacoma. Is there an adjustment like was on the 1st Gen 4Runners? Or, can the air conditioning amplifier be modified to accomplish it?
Or, should I just be content wedging my coffee cup between the brake and gas pedal when I'm at the stop light?
