looking for 3.0 electrical upgrades

I will soon be adding a msd ignition, driving lights, stereo, etc. and would like to make sure the charging system can handle it. I will definately be using a optima battery and upgraded cables and terminals. Is anyone aware of any high output alternators? Any tips or suggestions ?

Mobi Arc has an upgraded stator for our alternators that bumps output up to 90 A for under $50.

Here is a link to the upgrade article

90A alt upgrade

I upgraded mine last year and I have had no problems since.

Allow me to add the "Big Three/Four" grounding cables upgrade to your list as it wil help with the batteries charge recovery time.

It's a way cheap mod that will offer immense benefits to your system.
