steel stake pockets

im going to be building a new steel flatbed for my daily driver...the majority is going to be made of 1.5" square tubing 3/16 thick. what i want to do is have removable sides also made out of the 1.5" square tubing 3/16 thick...the 6 uprights need to slide into pockets, what size/thickness square tube has a inner diameter of 1.5" so that the sides do not have slack in them and fit snug...?

thanks in advance

I think you have to use 2" sq tubes to sleeve in 1.5" sq tubing.
I would goto the steel yard for sure to check it out though.
