300K engine rebuild. What parts can I re-use?
My 1988 4Runner is all restored except for an engine re-build.
I have 300K on my V-6 and it still runs well.
The oil pressure does drops pretty low at idle.
I want to re-build for slightly more performance. Example Headers, exhaust and any other performance mods you can suggest.
What parts from my engine should I re-use, and what should I definately buy new?
