About a month ago I won a used ARB Tacoma bullbar on ebay (sold by a member who switched to a fullsize truck). Its finally here! I just got back from the forward air depot with it (HUGE Thanks to Gapguy for taking care of getting it to the Sac Forward Air Depot AND for all that bubble wrap).

Anyway.....

Its dark and I haven't even unwrapped it, but I'm pretty sure the po didn't inlcude the install instructions. Everything I've read on here (all 81 posts pertaining to ARB bumper intall) say the factory instructions suck anyway.
So what do I need to know? I have a 97 Tacoma, which means I will need frame extenders, PO had the same year and has (have to check) included these. Is it pretty obvious how they go on?

So yeah, anyone with experience installing a ARB Tacoma bumper on a 95.5-97 Taco, I would appreciate whatever you can tell me.

2 more things:
1) Rob/WATRD, (or anyone else who has re-enforced the frame ends/framecaps) do you know if this applies to my year?

2) Once the bullbar is on, is it possible to get the grill off to do stuff like replace a (sealed beam) headlight?
