Damn brakes!

Well I just did a brake job on my 85 4runner because it was locking up the left side when I would brake hard. New rotors, pads, bearings and races and now it brakes straight but feels like I have really bad warped rotors even thought they are brand new? When I'm off the brakes it drives 10 times better thanks to the fresh bearings and grease I assume. I really do not feel like pounding out those wheel studs agains and reseting the bearings so please somone tell me something else is wrong that doesn't involve taking the brakes aparts again . If it is the rotors is it possible to have them turned on the vehicle cause I'm tired of being greasy!

alignment has nothing to do with vibration when the brakes are applied... im assuming yuo did the work, how did you tighten the lugnuts down? its easy to overtorque them or improperly torque them and distory their true.... also what rotors did you use? the $12 made in Cina Autozones are nowhere near the same quality as the OEM Toyota, or similiar
