Does anyone know if the 02 and 04 tacomas share the exact same front bumper mounts? Do they also have identical holes on the bottom of the frame where the tow hooks mount? Lastly, do they both have the threaded hole at the front portion of the frame that holds the skid plate bracket on? I need to know all of this so I know whether a bumper bracket fab'd on an 02 will fit an 04. Thanks.

 

02-04 parts *should* be interchangeable if I've read correctly.
