Has anyone ever tried to fit a 33" tire in the spare tire location on a 1st gen? If not what are most of you doing with your spares for 1st gen's?

I have a 31" it looks like something bigger would fit though. dont know if it helps but at least its a reply.

A 31" is all I can fit with my 1.5" rear lift shackles. The eyebolts at each end come real close to grinding across the tire when the shackles swing. Plus my aftermarket exhaust gets in the way.

Hopefully there's more room with stock shackles and exhaust.
