Automatic trans. driveplate bolt-up

I am currently dropping my rebuild 22RE into my 4-Runner (with an A340H tranny). However, I do not remember how the driveplate bolts onto the crankshaft. There is the driveplate, spacer, and spacer washer. What order do these bolt to the crank and does the "dish" of the driveplate face in or out. Any help on the matter would be greatly appreciated.

Here is the link if anyone else has the same question. The bigger spacer goes in between the crank and the driveplate.
