3rd gen steering wheel adapter.

whats up yotatech. i am looking for a steering wheel adapter for my 3rd gen. do you guys know of any place i can find this item? i want to replace my stock steering wheel with an aftermarket steering wheel like momo or sparco. i've looked around but not much luck, hopefully you guys can help me. thanks

hmmm 3rd gen... not sure you can or should screw with it... i beleive they are required by law and htis is why no one will make a kit for it.... also you dont wnat to mess with the airbag system... accidental deployment can kill you.....

Don't quote me on this for Toyotas but the airbags on GM vehicles will go off if the spring is turned all the way inside the module. So if you were to mess with the steering column then make sure the shafts go Directicly back where they went. Why do you want an adapter anyways?
