Rear bumper all rusted...

Rear bumper all rusted...
My newly purchased 98 T4R is awaiting registration and plate. In the mean time, first order of business is to replace the bumper. Will this be a straightforward job especially for a newbie like myself?
Where is the best place to get a replacement? I checked Ebay and found a few chrome rear bumper but don't know if they are any good. Any suggestions is greatly appreciated. Thanks.
