Does anyone know where this ground attaches!!

I'm getting close to being done with my new motor. However, it cranks over a little slow when cold and when it gets hot, cranks too slow to start. I'm thinking it has something to do with the ground in the attached picture. This is the ground that is attached to the main starter cable and I have it attached to the frame. Can anyone verify that this is the correct location to attach this ground.

Thanks, Wade

Yup...It was the ground...Thanks!!!

Yup...it was the ground. Now she's starting and running like a champ. Ii have to say, I'm really pleased with the results and would like to thank the people in this group for their help. I'm no mechanic and building this new engine had it's pitfalls, but overall, I'm really happy and kind of proud for getting my "old" truck up and running again.
