help code 51 and truck wont go

help code 51 and truck wont go
Recently i was blowing EFI fuses and now when i try to start the truck it starts then struggles then dies.. like its not getting enough fuel. Sounds kinda like my fuel pump i think. I did the diagnostic thing which read code 51 which i beleive is the throttle position sensor. What does all this mean?
