Refurbished Toner Cartridges

Refurbished Toner Cartridges
Besides being cheaper, are refurbished toner cartridges as good as the new expensive ones? I've got a Samsung ML-1450 laser printer and new toner runs about $90-$100, refurbished about 50% less.

i have the same printer and purchased a refurb'd one. its hard to say how many more pages i got from the original, oem cartridge but it was noticeable. but i guess the 50% savings for a few hundred sheets less might be worth it to some.
quality-wise, it *seemed* the same
