front spring perch measurement

I just had a quick question I can't seem to find anywhere. I'm about to weld a new spring perch on the drivers side of my 85 front axle housing for my sas because I had to grind the old one off since it was crushed pretty good. I marked where it was. I just wanted to make sure what the exact measurement was from the outside of the passenger perch to the outside of the drivers perch. If anyone's got an axle laying around and wouldn't mind taking a quick measurement, I would really appreciate it. I don't want to screw this up.
