power steering sensor?!?

power steering sensor?!?

finally got my truck back and almost running from the collision shop, but i have a question? it looks like there is a sensor or something coming off of the botom of hte power steering pump? something that would thread in? i dont know, i cant find any wires that run to it but im trying to figure it out and woulde appreciate any help sorry i dont have any pics quite yet? ill post some soon...

look for vaccuum lines, that is what hooks to this little plastic thingie that screws into the underside of the pump. How do I know? I broke that little thing off on my last pump replacement

yup, its the one with the vacuum lines, what exactly is it so i can get a replacement?

I'm not sure of the name, but your dealer will be able to look it up real quick, or call (or email) www.1sttoyotaparts.com and they will be able to hook you up real fast. I just went to the pick and pull and yanked one off a junker.

You are form Buffalo? I'm from Elmira (Corning, Horseheads, etc) , not real close, but you are the closest one I've seen here yet. Any good trails up your way?

I havent been able to find any good trails around here If i do ill let ya know, anyone else in western new york know any good trails around here?
