Hi I have both the 1st and 2nd Generation 4 runners.

The 87 has score marks on the rear glass, and the 95 has a two inch score in it.

Does anyone know the part number I need to eliminate this scoring. Or what I need to do....

As long as the glass is not cracked, you legally have to do noting about it. The only thing that you may want to do is lower the window down all the way and clean the seal at the bottom, so if there is any dirt or rocks there, it will stop doing it. If that does not work, take the gate apart...very very very carefully and clean in there. If that doesn't work, I have no idea. There are some products out there that are made to get rid of scratches on the windows, but I am not familiar with those products. Did I miss this? Either way, you've got something trapped in the weather stripping. Could be something as small as a small piece of sand. Pull the inside door panel (easier) and clean the felt weatherstrip. The outside one is more difficult. I have't taken mine off properly yet, but the body shop that fixed my tailgate rust did a nice job of loosening it/breaking half of the clips off. I got a new set of clips, but they need to buff the paint first before I put it back on "permanently". There are about 8 clips holding it on. Not sure of the right way, but it appears that it comes straight up. Good luck!!
