well, the other day i ordered up an amsoil filter for my round open element assembly. didn't want a k&n, since it's a lot more exposed to the elements and might suck more dirt in. however, i lost it for a minute and ordered up an 11" filter while my assembly is a 9"(i know, i know, i'm going nuts). to make matters worse, amsoil doesn't make a 9" round filter, and the only 11" assembly i can find is made by k&n, and you can only buy it with the filter.

so now i'm stuck with a too-big amsoil filter that i can't return(i opened up the packaging) and i don't have a good permanant element for my truck's assembly(i don't trust paper to last long when exposed).

are there any other oil-bath foam filters out there?
