User Tires shops in Bellingham, WA

I want to purchase tires from Costco, but want to immediately ditch the ones on this 4Runner. Are there any Bellingham owners that could recommend a shop that might want to purchase the 4 used tires and new spare? Just listed them here https://www.yotatech.com/forums/showthread.php?p=494594

Till the end of the month, Costco (US only) is offering $60 off a set of Bridgestone. Am going for the Bridgestone Dueler A/T REVO with UNI-T AQ II. Even declaring them and paying the taxes to bring them back to Canada results in about $135 in my pocket compared to Costco Canada, and Costco has a price that nobody else came close too. The warranty alone on these tires is amazing.

could always try selling them on craigslist.org.

most tire shops i know of around here would charge me to take my tires, and turn around and sell them...
