Euro style parking-lamps for '84-'88 Hiluxes. Where to get them?

Euro style parking-lamps for '84-'88 Hiluxes. Where to get them?
Look at the parking-lamp lenses in this photo

Does anyone know where I can get these style parking-lamps from? I think these look alot better than the all clear aftermarket style ones.
Also, take a look at this factory style 22r air-cleaner for this '97MY Hilux. I want one of these air-cleaners!

Is it possible to buy any of these parts from some place and have them shipped to the U.S.?

Yeah...they look like those, but the reflector strip on the side is actually orange in color on the factory Euro ones. They're not all clear.
I don't know why no one can access the pics in the links I posted. I'm still able to.
