Question 3.0 alternator brush rebuild kits? such a thing?

I know you use to be able to rebuild alternators back in the day being I did just that in college. Does anyone know if there is an alternator brush/rebuild kit for the 3.0? And if there is who has done it? Any tips or tricks to rebuilding the yota 3.0 alternators? anyone know what alternators there are out there. i am thinking I need to step up to a higher voltage one but dont know the numbers. Ben

I had an automotive electrical shop rebuild my 95s alt after I converted to electric radiator fan a few months ago, IIRC was around $80 total or so. They are one of my work vendors so may have gotten a discount. They replaced brushes and bearings and checked out the diodes and related, they also said the Toy alts are good for around 100K miles between rebuilds.

The part # is 27370-35060....got mine at trdparts4u for like $11 I think plus shipping....but I think today is the last day for free shipping. I ordered them same brushes for my 91 V6 and has charged good for over 6 months now.
