3rd gen spare tire holder thingy!

i know some of you have put the spare tire elsewhere rather than the stock location..my question is that any of YOU's that have relocated the spare, are you interested in sellin me the holder/gadget part? I'm not sure what it's called but I went to the dealer and they said it would cost me 85 bucks for that piece, apprantly someone broke it when they STOLE my spare!!!! Jay, if you have an exploded picture, that would be great cause i saw it on the dealer's computer when he asked if this DANGLY thing was still on...Thanks!

thanks leaves, but bill sold me his for a STEAL of a price with PROFESSIONAL packaging...i mean it was in a clear plastic bag with peanuts all around it.....thanks bill...and kctopher...i always try to get the most detailed descriptions...
