i've got the xtra cab and the frame from a regular cab truck, currently drive an 84 xtra cab with 7" sky jacker lift, rides like a tank, little if any articulation ( not bashing sky jacker). goin to use it for a parts truck. it has serious cab and frame rot issues(live in the rust belt) but the drive line is good. i want to go with the allpro extreme kit and tcase doubler kit, and the tube bed kit, gm v6 ........ aside from relocating the rear cab mounts and making it a bobtail any other hidden problems?
its build this rig or hunt for a rot free regular cab, which is made of unobtainium here in ny
