2nd gen. 4Runner w/ 4" lift still sags in the right rear

Does anyone know why my 4Runner still sags to the right rear, even after lifting it. I thought it could be from the gas tank being on that side, it still sags with an empty tank. So I have know idea what is causing this?

Join the club

Look into a trim packer for the passenger side if it bugs you enough. (providing you have a 2nd gen)
