Could you build an FJ-40 from scratch??

I've dreamed about restoring an FJ-40 and see that there are a lot of parts out there. Does anyone make a frame to which you could attach the aluminum tub, buy a reconditioned engine, parts from Toyota, etc. and build a new one from scratch?

Sincerely,
Bored at Work

I thought it would be expensive, but maybe I'll win the lottery. Thanks for the tip on the frame BeaterToyota.
