4th gen ARB bumper

Just wanted to post the reply I got back from ARB concerning release of a front bumper:

"We have played with a prototype bar, but it wasn't approved, so it's back to the drawing board. It'll probably be spring before we have anything ready for production."

Yep, spring is what they told me as well for the bumber. Apparently they are starting trails on the OME suspensions at the moment, so lets see what comes of that.

So has anyone heard anything from any other bumper maker about a possible 4th gen bumper? No?

If you know anyone local to you or know of any welding shops, they're capable of making it as long as they've done it before.

edit:
I might be selling my bumpers so you never know. I know the rear will go as it's currently sitting on the garage floor now.

Good luck!

Ah! Those bumpers rule! You selling them for money to work on the FJ? Too heavy?

I'm in the process of rebuilding the rear bumper. So the one I have will be just sit there until I feel like selling it. If you a green 4runner w/ a missing rear bumper, that's probably me ( I look sooo sexy showin my bare rear!)

The front will stay there for awhile until I figure out whether or not to modify it accordingly or rebuild it or buy a new one... I haven't weighed my options on the front yet.
