More power out of a 4 banger

I have upgraded the intake, and I want to do exhaust, but sure what to look for. Any suggestions on brands/sizes would be great. Also, are there any 'bolt ons' I can get to give me more power? Thanks for input.

Try a search on "22re power" or something similar. You will find a ton of info here and on the web.

A cam, port and polish, TB, FPR, ignition upgrade, header, exhaust, lightened pulleys, electric fan...all will help gain or free up some power - but not a whole lot. Don't forget about gearing. Make sure your gearing is optimal with your current set up, otherwise you are just adding insult to injury.

Keep us posted.
