I have some 97 4runner ltd stock rims I guess are 16x7 and want to put them on my 98 Tacoma which has 3" cornfed lift. The Taco currently has jacked up backspacing aftermarket rims that are 15's and I was planning on getting 32x11.50's.(max tire size with 3" cornfed) If I were to put the 4runner stockers on the taco I think I would have a properly backspaced wheel but what size of tire (metric 275/16)would I need to = the 32x11.50's. To take it one step further, Is there a metric tire size that would be equivelant to a 33x11.50? If this tire size existed, I wonder if it would clear or rub with the cornfed setup?

Damn I hope that makes sense and apologize if it doesn't, I'm trying to think through my options as I am buying tires in 2 weeks.

The stock tire size is P265/70R16 on 16x7JJ wheels. I'm not sure if there's a metric equivalent of the 33x11.50 tire. What I know that's available are LT285/75R16 (33x10.5) & LT305/75R15 (33x12.50).

and LT305/70R15 is 12.2" wide.

So metric size LT285/75R16 is like 33x11.50R16.
