Question front bumper

I am going to make a new front bumper for 94 toy extra cab needs to hold warn xd9000i winch does anybody out there have scale drawing for such a thing. want to use channel and tubing to fit original frame mounts or ?
open to ideas.

i build alot of bumpers..for the 1st one i will take time and make cardboard template for the mounts to ur frame,figure out how far you want the bump to stick out then mount your mounts,fit you channel or formed channel style channel will be a huge amount of weight unless you form it from plate..and just start makeing your notches and formin it in..i dont like boxy style bumper so i angle the bottom up evertime i angle it in as i form it into the truck..after your mounts are onform a winch tray to hold it weld it on figur out the height of it...etc...alot of work to make on from scratch but good if your capable..can email you pics of ones i hvae done but wont give all the drawings...would be cheating....

lightweight, even with the winch in place,
I can mount the bumper with the winch in the bumper by myself,
very strong, well braced, Moab tested, Colorado Tested
Very cool design, tucked in very tight, mounted with 12 bolts
Just a really cool bumper



Oh yeah, I made this climb....

Yeaitsme - dang you have some killer prices on your stuff. especially if its in canadian. those prices are so good its stupid for me to make my own bumper. which is a shame cause i wanted to attempt this but with full time school and work and traveling i have no time. wow i will be contacting you once i get some scrilla
