went wheeling on sunday with all the guys that work at 4wheelparts and i took on some trail damage. My rig now sits uneven. my driver side is an inch lower than the passenger side. do i need to crank that torsion bar back up? all i need to do is jack up the front till it's off the ground and crank the bolt, while a wrench is keeping the top nut inplace right? then reallignment. correct? the other damage is not really damage, just the plastic pieces that are located behind the rear wheels and the pieces that hold the mud flaps on were ripped off. and before i knew it my exhaust pipe was bent and was only about half and inch from my tire sidewall. i got too much flex in teh rear and my 33's were tearing into all that stuff and my fenders. i cut some nasty grooves into the tread but of only my driverside rear tire. strange huh?
any advise would be great on the correction of my front suspension.

p.s. what would be the price of having a shop crank the one tbar and reallignment if i dont' have time to on my own. leaving for school soon. and i gotta pack and stuff.

I wouldn't have a shop crank the t-bars. It is so easy and only takes about 2 minutes. I didn't have to hold the top nut when I did mine. Hell, I didn't even jack the runner up (sometimes my methods are primitive at best) . I wouldn't imagine you'd need an alignment if you were just putting it back up to the level it was at before.
