Bubbles appearing in radiator over flow tank - has anyone experienced this before - does it sound like a blown head gasket or more like a cracked head ? Have heard problems with the 2.4 L Diesel Surfs but not with the 3L Diesel - are there issues with cracked heads etc there in the USA.

One more question Alpine Diesel ? What additives do you guys put in diesel to run in cold climates - we do not have much snow here in Australia so we are not too experienced with additives etc. Have heard kerosene or even cooking oil ?

 

i hate to say it but the only toyota diesels that ive seen here (USA) are mid 80's pickups
