Replaced timing chain, reattached EFI, pulleys, fan, radiator, etc, etc ... won't start and running out of excuses to the wife (who wants me to get rid of it). Starter churns and burns but engine doesnt kick in. Any suggestions?

 

Sounds like you could be a few teeth off on the timing chain. Set the motor at top dead center and line everything up again....then cross your fingers.
