I need the wiring diagram for a 2000 4runner
I'm going to do a stereo install tomorrow and I tried searching for one, but could not find it anywhere. Please help out guys...

I strongly recommend that you go to your local car stereo dealer and get a wiring harness adapter to keep from having to cut the wires. Just solder it to the radio and plug it in.
However. here is what I found to be the wiring colors for the 2004, probably match.
lRadio 12v blue/yellow + radio harness
Radio Ground brown - radio harness
Radio Ignition gray + radio harness
Radio Illumination green + radio harness
Factory Amp Turn-on
Notes: If equipped, the stereo amplifier is behind the passenger side quarter panel.
Power Antenna black + radio harness
LF Speaker +/- pink - purple +,- radio harness
RF Speaker +/- lt. green - blue +,- radio harness
LR Speaker +/- black - yellow +,- radio harness
RR Speaker +/- red - white +,- radio harnes
