Paxton S/C SN-89 for 3VZ-E

So, I just heard something interesting on another site, and I'm curious because I didn't have any idea about this, but Paxton used to make a supercharger for the Toyota 3.0L V-6, the SN-89 part number 2608789... Anybody every heard of these? They aren't made by Paxton anymore, they are supported by some other company, but no longer manufactured I think...

Ever heard of ANY blown 3.slows using this suprcharger? I know they aren't made any more, but I'm just curious... (In case I find a used one later on in life )

Have you tried adding stickers or tint?
I thought this had been talked about before but couldn't find it. I searched for Paxton and found a couple of threads where people talked about some custom options.

Well, I figure I'm getting a sturdy 75+ hp with the K&N and Flowmaster stickers I put on...

Dyno tested! I swear!

I've heard of a bunch of blown 3.0's...usually due to headgasket failure or thrown rods. Don't really need a supercharger to blow a 3.0. Lots of guys around here have done it on their own.

That's not quite what I meant by "blown"

Seriously though, I haven't heard of anyone here or any of the other boards using a SC on a 3.0. For one thing, there isn't much room in the engine bay.

There is a guy on Pirate that used a Buick Grand National Turbo on his. It was running for 6 months at least afterwards. I don't know whether it still is.
