I ordered a top for my Tacoma in early April and I still havent recieved it. I've emailed them a couple of times and called numerous times only to get a generic greeting on an answering machine. They billed my debit card in April and I'm getting a little bit concerned.

Anybody else dealt with them lately?

 

Check it out with the TTORA guys - I've seen more can-backs there than here.

 

I though a company can not bill your cc until the shipment is confirmed delivered. I may be wrong. If they have not notified you that it has been shipped then just cancle the order. If you can not get a hold of them to cancle the order then stop payment on your credit card for this pruchase.

 

Can this be done with a debit card?

 

Check with your bank. I'm pretty sure it can since they ran your card as a CC not a debit where you punch in your PIN.

 

i dono. Call the number on your card and ask them.

 

Has anybody dealt with Can-Back?

 

I heard someone else mention they had been unable to reach them. hopefully they didn't go belly-up.

 

I am beginning to think that they did, although there website seems to be functioning ok...
