OEM vs Silicone coolant hose kits?

Hey there! First time poster long time lurker.

I'm currently working on resurrecting my dad's 1993 base PU with a 22re. Since she's sat for about 15 yrs now, I'm trying to refresh all the rubber so that she can be a worry free reliable driver again. I'm currently trying to find the best solution to knock out all the coolant hoses in one big kit, if possible.

Here's what I'm looking at -
-LCEngineering's silicone coolant hose kit
-22re performance's "genuine Toyota" hose kit(s)
-yota1 perfomance's coolant hose kit

I've been doing some research and sort of talking myself in circles, so I would love yalls opinions on this.

-is silicone bad?
-is the "OEM" worth the extra $200?
-would any old kit be fine?
-do I NEED the spring clamps rather than worm clamps?

Additionally, what other rubber parts under the hood should I look at replacing?

Thanks!

EDIT: This post took 4 months to be approved, for some reason, and in the meantime Ive solved my coolant hose questions! I decided to go with a semi-nice rubber kit for all the hoses and replaced the ones that looked concerning, and kept the rest of the hoses for replacement down the line. I reused some of the spring clamps where I could, and used the new worm clamps where I had to. I would still love input on what other rubber pieces under the hood might need replacing.
