22re bogs when accelerating but revs up fine after 1500 rpms

Truck started running bad couldn’t accelerate went down the highway started running fine. That happened 2 more times over a course of 1 month. Had to replace timing chain kit due to chain guide being broken. Got it all back together and now the truck idles perfect.. when getting on the gas it bogs down if you push to hard if you do it lightly it’s fine and will rev up. Tested fuel pressure it’s 45. New fuel filter, fuel injectors, distributor and tps sensor. Plugs and wires are a year old also a year old muffler there is no cat on it. Tested to see if there was any vacuum leaks couldn’t find anything

I'd check the AFM flapper door and sweeper arm inside is working correctly

If you haven't tried it, setting the TPS with a timing light is much more accurate than using the multi-meter method.
Check the intake hose that goes from the radiator core support to the air cleaner box. It's got a bill on the front that can get hung up on the power steering piping when being installed. if that bill gets folded down it'll restrict enough air flow to hamper acceleration.
Just open the hood and look down that gap betweeen the grill and radiator and see if it's ok.

It's possible a timing issue or a weak fuel pump you check both under load.
