1986 Toyota SR5 Front End Problems

I took it to the shop between a year and a half, and 2 years ago. Had problems out of it every since. They put in the brand new cv axels I bought, and I checked my drivers side cv axel, and it's leaking right below where it bolts up. Here is a picture of where it's leaking

Its leaking here at the bottom
What options do I have? It's leaking right apast where it bolts up, between the cv axel, and the housing...where that big lip is

Well there is an oil seal that keeps the oil from running out of the diff. You can unbolt your CV axles, unbolt the front diff and drop it down and you can replace the seals on both sides.....see this link there is an exploded view of the diff showing the seals.
