overtightened timing cover bolt and broke off piece of the cast iron block

1990 22re. The piece that broke off is basically the end of the thread-housing that the bolt bottoms out on. If I JB weld that piece back and put FIPG on the bolt itself, do you think I'll be good? or is this a disaster? being one of the bolts nearer the top on the timing cover....hoping there isn't a ton of oil pressure up there.....

Looks like you have (or someone else has) used too long bolt - and the end of cast hole just broke off.
It looks unpleasant, but it look like neither side of the bolt is exposed to the oil so, bascially it will work with no leaks just the way it is, no JB welding or selaing required.
