Hello everyone, I have a 94 Toyota pickup 22re with a throttle body that is hanging open only when the engine is running. With the engine off the throttle opens and closes just fine. I have removed the throttle body and cleaned it throughly. Adjusted the TPS sensor to the specs listed. New throttle cable. And a new dash pot. I’m honestly stuck at this point not sure where to look so any tips or help is appreciated. I’ll attach a video bellow.

 

Check the inner air intake tube that connects to the throttle body. THere may be a piece of debris or rotted rubber preventing the TB from properly closing.
Had something similar happen to me on my rig.
