Contact Marlin Crawler and see if they have a kit. They typically only use Koyo or Naichi bearings in their kits, and are usually fairly priced.
If you're patient, you can go to amayama.com and order the individual bearings at a great deal. They price gaskets kits at a good savings, too. Marlin would be easier, though, if they have a kit already assembled.
