I need Fusible Link/ '93 4Runner 3.0 Help!
Hi all.
I need to find a fusible link for a '93 4Runner 3.0... Genuine Toyota part # 82991-35020, Wire, Fusible Link Repair.
Unfortunately this part is no longer produced by Toyota.
I've tried (in desperation) Toyota Dealers in the hope that a dealership parts dept. might have one in stock, aftermarket jobbers for Toyota parts & Amazon.
Amazon does have them on Amazon Singapore; but, unfortunately, they refuse to ship to the U.S.
I've ordered from numerous suppliers on the net, who CLAIM that they have them in stock; then the jerks refund my card payment for the part.
Anybody at all that can help me w/ this; or know of a dealer/ Toyota parts supplier that actually has one in stock?
Thanks in advance...

I can't help you find the OEM part.
The OEM part comes with a square plate at the fuse box end. If you still have that (and the wire part is the part that is open), you may be able to replace the wire. Alas, I can't tell you the correct gauge, but most places say "4 gauges smaller," https://www.wiringdepot.com/store/p/...d-Spools.aspx? so 10ga should be close. Napa sells a 14ga link https://www.napaonline.com/en/p/BEL784692 That might be a little small; the highest load on a fusible link should be when charging an almost completely dead battery, so you could try a test.

NAPA has fusible link wire in various gauges, just walk in & ask. Dorman also makes some 14 & 16 gauge wires, carded: https://www.dormanproducts.com/p-29087-85620.aspx
Those you can get at Advance, Oreillys (sp), Pep Boys, maybe others locally.
